GJA Elections: Importers and Exporters Association Boss, Asaki Awingobit Endorses Charles Mawusi, Rebecca Ekpe

The Executive Secretary of the Importers and Exporters Association of Ghana (IEAG), Mr. Samson Asaki Awingobit has endorsed Charles Mawusi for the GJA Presidential race and Rebecca Ekpe for the Vice Presidential slot.

The firebrand Executive Secretary who made the endorsement on Accra FM and GBC Radio on Tuesday stressed that the GJA needs the two Candidates to reset the GJA which he said said has sunk so low under the current leadership.

Incoming GJA President Mr. Charles Mawusi

“As a friend of the Media, I have followed the GJA for some time now and I think the Association at this juncture needs a new direction.

I believe Charles Mawusi and Ekpe are the best to reset the GJA”, Mr. Awingobit stressed.

He argued that he does not know Charles Mawusi but listening to his depth of knowledge in the media space, he is the best fit for the reset that GJA needs.

“So I implore all Journalists in good standing to vote for Charles Mawusi and Rebecca Ekpe” Mr. Awinobit who is also National Chairman of PNC added.

The GJA elections is slated for Monday June 30, with Election Analysts predicting a big victory for Charles Mawusi.
