Sir, you have been more than a leader to me. After the demise of my parents, you stepped in and stood by me as a father would stand by his son. Through life’s challenges and uncertainties, you have consistently been there for me. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and genuine concern have been a blessing I can never take for granted. Words alone cannot express how grateful I am to have you in my life.

Media legend Roland Affail Monney “RAM@70 with OPAG President Efo Mawugbe and Fufi Nettey
As your son and a former Brong Ahafo Regional Chairman of the GJA who had the privilege of serving under your presidency, I proudly acknowledge the remarkable transformation your regime brought to our association. Your leadership opened new horizons for journalists across the country. It was under your tenure that regional branches, including my own, had the opportunity to travel beyond the shores of Ghana for refresher courses and professional development. It was also under your leadership that all ten then-regional branches of the GJA had their accounts credited to support their activities and strengthen the association at the grassroots level”.
All these tributes Witten in honor of Roland Affail Monney otherwise called Boss RAM attest to the fact that he is not just a gem in the media space but a father figure in the life of many Journalists.
