Dzaasetse of Nungua Traditional Council Nii Botwe Laryea has been accused by Developers of selling the Sakumo ramsar site lands to them.
It would be recalled that senaradioonline.com published a story of how buildings on sakumo ramsar site, had caused severe flooding following last Sunday’s torrential downpour.

Nungua Dzaasetse Nii Botwe Laryea
The publication which went viral triggered anger amongst Ghanaians forcing the Greater Accra Regional Co-ordinating council to swiftly move in and demolish dozens of buildings on the site.
The Developers, some of whom were spotted wailing and pleading told this Editor that Nii Botwe Laryea sold the land to them and that they are innocent buyers therefore must be spared.
“Nii Dzaase tse sold the land to us. Where are we going to get the money to build again. I’m doomed”, Affected Developer said sobbing.
It must also be placed on record that this is not the first time the Kpoo keke CEO’s name has been mentioned in respect of sale of sakumo ramsar site lands to Prospective buyers.
The Nungua Dzaasetse’s name has invariably popped up in All demolishing exercises led by three Greater Accra regional Ministers in the 4th republic leaving many to question why the authorities are treating the Dzaasetse with kids gloves.
