Our sources tell us that Boadi Adu-Gyamfi who is an I interpreter for his Chinese bosses and doubles as the PRO for the company is neck deep in the galamsey activities on the Akyem Akoakoaso in the Eastern region.

Reports say that recently, one of their workers in the galamsey activities, one Sherif, died out of excessive underground heat, further compounding the iniquities of the Chinese firm aided by “Brakay”.

Brakay, we are told has abrogated powers to himself owing to his fluency in Chinese and engaging in shady and atrocious activities of galamsey to the chagrin of the community members.
Meanwhile galamsey poses significant threats to our environment, polluting water bodies and causing health hazards to communities affected the practice.

Inspite of efforts by the sector Minister to eliminate galamsey in the system, the JIA XIN company with its collaborator Brakay have turned deaf ears and are destroying the environment with impunity.

More soon.
