Minister of State in Charge of Government Communications, Hon. Felix Kwakye Ofosu has rejected the allegations by Suspended Chief Justice Araba Torkonoo.
The Chief Justice had addressed a Presser on Wednesday accusing the government of intimidation and threat on her life.

But the Member of Parliament for Abura Asebu Kwamankese shot down the allegations describing them as unfounded innuendos.
Hon. Kwakye Ofosu made the statement at a news briefing on Wednesday in response to the allegations by the Suspended Chief Justice.
He explained that the Presidency ordinarily would have left the issues to slide but chose to respond to wipe out erroneous impression in the minds of the people that government is not fair.
“The constitution requires confidentiality on the part of all parties that is why the President has refrained from commenting on it
So it would have been desirable for the Chief Jusrice to follow suit”, the Minister said.
Hon. Kwakye Ofossu further said no one has been able to ascribe verifiable breach by the President adding that the president has kept fidelity to the issue.
“Let me place on record without fear of contradiction that no such agenda exists”, he asserted.
