The Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Lieutenant General William Agyapong has paid a courtesy call on Major General Henry Kwami Anyidoho (Rtd) at his residence in Accra on Thursday, 30 October 2025.
Lieutenant General Agyapong expressed profound appreciation to Major General Anyidoho (Rtd) for his mentorship and foundational guidance during his cadet years, and acknowledged him for his immense contribution to the Ghana Armed Forces.
CDS noted that the influence of Major General Anyidoho (Rtd) helped shape the principles guiding the current leadership and operations of the military.
Major General Anyidoho commended CDS for his achievements and urged him to remain steadfast in upholding discipline, integrity, and loyalty within the service. He cautioned against misinformation and urged CDS to exercise compassionate leadership while promoting unity and national allegiance within the armed forces.
