“Plans are far advanced Upgrade ILGS into a full University dedicated to providing leadership”, the Minister emphasized.

He added that this forms part of President Mahama’s resetting agenda.

Touching on the boards, Hon. Ibrahim admonished them to work and make a difference in their respective institutions as that forms the basis for which they were appointed.

“Your appointment is a call to duty and the trust reposed in you to oversee these institutions can not be over emphasized”, he stressed.

He advised the boards to take a keen interest in flooding in Accra and land usage to ensure effective planning and safety of the citizenry.
