A former National Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Yaw Boateng Gyan, has condemned the sharing of money by some Contestants ahead of the Party’s Delegates Congress later today.
The NDC Delegates Congress offers the party the opportunity to elect new national officers to prepare the party for the 2024 elections . The highlight of the Congress is the Chairmanship contest between Samuel Ofosu Ampofo and Johnson Asiedu Nketia.
Speaking to Atinka TV’s Ekourba Gyasi at the Congess grounds, Yaw Boateng Gyan, alleged that this year’s Congess has been characterized by vote buying, a development unknown to the NDC culture.
He urged delegates to go for competent officials and not be influenced by money.
