“This retreat is not just an interactive exercise, but a learning and strategic partnership forum,” he said. “It allows us to take an honest performance assessment, identify gaps, and address systemic constraints to improve planning and implementation this year.”

Minister Akandoh urged participants to engage constructively and candidly, using the retreat to strengthen collaboration, promote interaction, and develop practical strategies that enhance efficiency and service delivery across the ministry and its agencies.
