President John Mahama has made a major shake up at the military top brass as General Oppong Peprah has been replaced by Brigadier General William Agyapong as CDS.
This was contained in a press statement issued and signed by Minister in charge of Government Communications , Hon. Felix Kwakye Ofosu.
