Police in the Ashanti region have finally arrested the Police Inspector known only as Tycoon from his hide out.
Tycoon as he is popularly known shot and killed his girl friend Victoria Dapaah at Adum in Kumasi in the Ashanti region after an argument.
At his hideout where he was arrested, many people thronged the scene to catch a glimpse at him
Others also booed at him and requested that they be given the opportunity to stone him to death.
