The Ghana Police Service has received a lone robber fugitive who had been on police wanted list since 2022 from the Togolese Police Force (TPF).
Adinda Akpo Abdul Mugibo, whose activities were captured on CCTV, targeted elite residential areas within Accra, where he robbed individuals.
The suspect also known as Rashid Bawa, Maxwell, Papa Rich or Dawa, having both Ghanaian and Togolese identification, was arrested by a joint operation of the TPF, Interpol and officers of the GPS in Lome-Togo.
