One of the NDC Flagbearer hopefuls Dr. Kwabena Duffuor has filed an injunction against the NDC May 13th Primaries.
He is seeking a relief directing first and second Defendants in the case thus the General Secretary and the Chairman to prepare and deliver new album of register, five weeks ahead of the election.
One of the reliefs is also restraining the first, second and third defendants which is the electoral Commission from conducting the elections.
