Protocol services they say are the established systems of procedures, etiquette, and guidelines used to ensure effective, respectful and standardized operations. They are vital in diplomatic affairs, VIP concierge support, and corporate governance, ensuring that every interaction follows proper social and structural conventions.

The aforementioned conventions and qualities that underscore Protocol services are exactly what Dinah Boateng possesses.

As Head of Protocol at the Ministry of Sports and Recreation, Dinah’s hard work- respectful approach coupled with her humility has received admiration from Clients and persons who have into contact with her.

Industry Players and some Staff of the Ministry see her as one of the quiet but indispensable forces keeping Ghana’s sports machinery moving. No cameras, no headlines chasing her. Just a woman who believes protocol is service, not status.

Even under pressure, her attention to detail is remarkable giving the Client hope and optimism. She hands arguably the most crucial and essential department of every corporate office-the job no one sees, until it fails.

Protocol in sports is high-stakes. One delayed minister, one misplaced athlete, one awkward handshake can become national news.

Today, Dinah Boateng, under the instructions of Sports Minister Hon. Kofi Iddie Adams is leading the protocol services for the World Cup Travels.
She also coordinates dignitary movements, manages state functions, and ensures athletes, coaches, and guests feel respected the Ghanaian way.

Service over spotlight
In an era where everyone wants to be seen, Dinah Boateng proves there’s still power in serving quietly, doing the work, and letting results speak. In a sector often rocked by controversy, her department runs like clockwork.

Staff describe her as “humbled and hardworking” — the kind of boss who arrives first, checks every name tag herself, and stays till the last guest leaves. She’s also known for mentoring young protocol officers, especially women, pushing them to see public service as a calling.

If you’ve attended any major sporting event in Ghana in the last few years and wondered how everything runs so smoothly, there’s a good chance Dinah Boateng was behind the scenes making it happen.
