Veteran Journalists Throng One Week Observance for Former SWAG President Ackah Anthony

Veteran Journalists on Saturday throng the residence of former SWAG President late Ackah Anthony to commiserate with the Family.

The Veterans which included former Editor of the Times Adwoa Yeboah Afari, Mathias Tibu, Ellen Avorgbedor, among others expressed their consolation on the passing of their former colleague and pledged to support towards the final funeral rites.

Other Journalists including the Executive Chairman of Petito Media Group [Senaradioonline.com, the Exposé Newspaper], Mr. Michael Petit Mawugbe (Efo Mawugbe) were also present to commiserate with the family especially the widow, Mrs. Evelyn Anthony whom he worked closely with at the Information Ministry.

Late Antony Ackah died on Saturday, 28th June, 2025 at the Ridge Hospital after a short illness.

Funeral arrangements is yet to be announced by the family.

He was the former Editor of the Mirror and SWAG President whose tenure saw the rejuvenation of the Association.
