President Mahama has Appointed Brigadier General Forster Okae-Yeboah to Ruthlessly lead Flood Mitigation Exercise.

Brigadier General Forster Okae-Yeboah is the Director General, Joint Operations, Ghana Armed Forces and with his background, analysts say the flooding situation and the indiscipline of building on water ways would be a thing of the past given that the case of the flooding is behavioral than engineering.
He expected to address the media on Friday to announce the strategy for what Experts say is a daunting task.
