Convenor of Good Governance Advocacy Group Ghana (GGAGG), Listowel Nana Kusi Poku has filed a petition to President Mahama seeking the removal of CEO of COCOBOD, Randy Abbey.
He cited incompetence, arrogance, leadership failure as his reasons for the petition.
He announced it on his Facebook wall which read in part:
“Today, I officially filed a petition with the Office of the President requesting the immediate removal of Dr. Ransford Annetey Abbey, CEO of COCOBOD from office. This action follows extensive evidence of poor leadership choices, arrogance, intimidation tactics, incompetence, misplaced priorities, etc. which have brought Cocobod into disrepute.
