Founder of Hebrew Church Elder Frank Kwabena Donkor today bid farewell to his two sons involved in a plane crash a few weeks ago.
The solemn atmosphere coupled with the deep poignance that characterized the funeral at the State house was a scene to behold as Elder Donkor, his wife and the only surviving daughter grieved with sobriety.

The strong character exhibited by Elder Donkor is being widely praised by netizens, some of whom described him as a tough man following his gestures that sought to encourage mourners rather than dumping their spirit.
The funeral which was nationalistic in nature was attended by Chief of staff, Julius Derbrah who represented the President and host of government functionaries.
State Burial
Speaker of Parliament defended the state burial accorred the deceased explaining that the Pilot eaelier wanted to crash land on the Tema Community 6 school park but changed his mind realizing the massive pupils casualties, decided to lift the aircraft and in the process crashed.

Fathers’s Account
A few days ago the powerful man of God told his congregants during a church service, the final moments with Frank Amoaning Donkor and Elijah Ofori Donkor, who lost their lives when the aircraft they were travelling in from Ho crashed near a school in Tema two weeks ago.

He explained that his eldest son, a pilot instructor, had travelled to Ho on a professional assignment to help establish a pilot training and engineering school in collaboration with international partners.
“Two of my sons were involved in a plane crash, and they both lost their lives,” he said
