Minister for Foreign Affairs, Madam Shirley Ayorkor Botchway has sacked 5 Staff of Passport office including police officers for extorting monies from Applicants.
The Minister described their conduct as appalling and unacceptable adding that a goro boy operates outside but he needs an officer within to operate.
“How can you charge gh2000 and gj3000 for a 100.00 or 150.00 cost of a passport”, the enraged Minister said.
