President John Mahama is in consultation with the Council of state on the 3 petitions seeking the removal of Chief Justice, Torkornoo.
A statement issued on Tuesday and signed by Minister of state in charge of government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu said Presodent Mahama has received 3 petitions and has since forwarded them to the Council of state for consultation process mandated by article 146 of the 1992 constitution.
